Service Description
In this session we will review hand expression, manual and electric pumping, how to properly store your milk and designing an individual pumping schedule that works for you and helps you maintain your supply if you're going back to work. This is also a great course to take if you want to increase your breastmilk supply. We will focus on creating a specific schedule to achieve that goal.
